Service agreement

By ordering Neonode, you confirm that the service address and account details are accurate and that you are authorised to request installation. Availability, installation dates and achievable speeds depend on local network conditions.

Plans and billing

Plan prices, taxes, installation fees and add-ons are shown before payment. Monthly service is billed for the service period shown on your invoice. Renewal reminders are informational; uninterrupted service requires payment by the displayed due date.

Payments

Online payments are processed through Cashfree Payments. We do not store card, UPI PIN or banking credentials. Service is activated only after our server verifies a successful payment status with the gateway.

Acceptable use

You must not use the connection for unlawful activity, network abuse, resale without written approval, infringement, or interference with other users. Reasonable network-management and fair-use measures may apply.

Installation and equipment

Provide safe access for authorised technicians. Any supplied router or equipment remains subject to the plan’s ownership, warranty and return terms shown at purchase.

Support and termination

You may request cancellation through support. We may suspend service for overdue amounts, misuse, safety risks or legal requirements, with notice where practicable.
